SOLIDWORKS AND CAD

To constantly be improving my engineering skills, I spend a lot of time recreating and designing different parts on SolidWorks and AutoCAD. I either take a random item from around my house and try to recreate it on SolidWorks or AutoCAD, or design something completely new. By doing this, I am not only improving my CAD skills but also nurturing my creativity.

The gallery below contains an ongoing list of some of the projects I have completed.

MUSIC PRODUCTION

With minimal prior knowledge, I decided to take up music production. Four years ago, I could barely write a chord progression that resolved and I had no idea what a synthesizer even was. Now, I am very comfortable creating full compositions with dynamic mixing and interesting patterns.

Since I started, I have learned different aspects of music theory, and how to apply them to create interesting compositions and arrangements. I have taken multiple courses on mixing, which involves learning how to properly equalize, compress, and saturate each individual element of a song in order to get it to sound professional.

A large aspect of producing the type of music I make is the sound design. Using synthesizers, vocoders, and other integrated tools, I was able to learn how to design unique basses, leads, pads, and instruments that gel together and sound cohesive through the track. Music is a large part of my life, and I spend a lot of my free time developing my skills and creativity.
